  I have a love hate relationship with this place. It is super trendy and pretentious, but I do love elements about this place. The bar is beautiful, the tea is amazing and there are so many options to try! I also love that there is a community table.
  My first visit we came for tea. We LOVED the tea service. The plates were not uniformed and the pots were also fun. I love tea sets and this way of serving, it was perfect. I love the selections of tea. We tried a few and were not disappointed. The sandwich options sound amazing. However, the sandwiches are tiny and I do not feel we got our money's worth. The scones also sounded amazing, but again the execution was not great. The scones were dry and the clotted cream was very thick and more like butter. The desserts were also the same. Dry and over baked. It was very disappointing because it has so much potential to be amazing. The service was great and no complaints on that.
  My second visit was with my partner for dinner. He did not care for the atmosphere. The service was super slow, even for drinks. I had a Hot Toddie that was very strong in all of the flavors. The tacos were very tasty. The grilled cheese and tomato soup were a bit underwhelming.
  I think a lot of the ideas here have great potential, but the execution was not great. The menu is also a hodgepodge of things, so it makes the menu hit and miss. We will definitely be back for the tea though.
