  Only went for the play area which definitely had a sour smell. Very crowded! I lasted 5min with my 4yr old then some other little girl was kicked in the face - blood everywhere. I'll never go back.

  You want to feel hustled, shook down? Come to the stingiest, jankiest McDonald's in central Ohio. The general manager looks at customers as little better than thieves. In the past she has tried little scams like charging extra for condiments, and still hides napkins behind the counter, out of reach. She closes the play place during peak hours for cleaning, to run people off who she perceives to be freeloading, never mind you're there with four kids, and a 20$ tray of food. Just last night, one of her cronies overcharged me for a sandwich, and failed to ring a side. Far from dealing with my issue when confronted, he haggled with me over the dollar difference. I gave up. Stay away from this place. Customer is a dirty word here, and service is a foreign concept.

  Slow service for a McDonald's. Plus they have the machine to accept mobile payment (Android & Apple) pay) but they are unsure why they don't work for like a month now. This will be my last visit here.... Seriously.
